So You Want to Be a Wizard, Deep Wizardry and High Wizardry by Diane Duane

These are fantasy novels about Nita, a young girl who becomes a wizard after finding a magical book in the library. I liked the first two, but didn’t really like the third one because it focuses more on a character that I find annoying. The worldbuilding is interesting though, and I liked the variety of different types of wizards.  While I probably won’t read more in this series, I might read more by this author.
